Our commitment
After the product is delivered, free maintenance service is provided within the period specified in the contract. Regular maintenance will be conducted every 15 days, and the product is provided with 24-hour all-weather emergency maintenace.
Maintenance personnel will arrive at the site within half an hour for any emergency maintenance (any person is trapped in the elevator), and within 2 hours for any common fault.
After the exemption period, we will continue to provide various modes of maintenance services at preferential prices, such as maintenance with no materials supplied, half materials supplied and all materials supplied.
